Return Policy

You can return an item within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us first with your order number and photos of the item.

Refunds: once the returned item has reached us and been checked, we will refund you.

Return shipping: if the item is faulty, damaged or has a quality problem, we pay the return shipping. For returns for any other reason, the customer pays the return shipping.

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, opened hand wash, sanitizer and personal care products cannot be returned unless faulty.

We offer a bottle buy-back program — return your empty bottles to us to help reduce plastic waste.
